Though you’re probably seeing many back to school displays in the stores, hopefully your summer fun continues with a lot of fun activities, games, and maybe even some pool or beach fun! Something many parents deal with during the summer are scrapes, bites, and even sunburns on our kids (if not ourselves). Luckily, we’ve had an injury-free summer so far, even though we’ve spent a lot of time at the pool and outside. But, with kids being so active over the summer, they’re likely to scrape themselves up or catch a few bug bites (especially if camping is part of your summer fun) – and of course, some people are likely to sunburn even if they use sunscreen.
That’s why OTCSafety.org has put together these infographics with a really simple visual way to remind parents of all they might need to care for and prevent these summer injuries! Check out the following infographics to see what OTCSafety suggests all parents need in their summer survival kit, plus tips on safe use and application of medicines, should you find yourself taking care of bites, scrapes, or burns this summer. Feel free to share them with your friends too for an easy reminder! (Click on each infographic image to view full size.)
