As you celebrate New Year’s Eve tomorrow, you may be looking for new appetizer ideas to serve your guests. On a recent trip to the Walmart headquarters, I learned about and sampled a variety of their holiday entertaining recipes, all of which can be found in their holiday entertaining guide. I personally think you can use many of these recipes year-round, but currently you can find many of the prepared holiday items featured in the guide at your local Walmart stores as well.
One of the appetizer recipes I sampled was the Fully-Loaded Mashed-Potato Pizza, which I decided to replicate at home. It was a big hit with my kids, especially my oldest daughter that loves mashed potatoes and bacon. It was so simple to make too and cooked fast, so you can easily make a few of these mashed potato bacon pizzas to serve as an appetizer at your New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day celebration and your guests will be more than happy! Check out the Fully-Loaded Mashed-Potato Pizza appetizer recipe from Walmart’s holiday entertaining guide for your next get-together!
