In the past, I’ve shared benefits of menu planning, plus shown you a glimpse at our family dinners by posting various sample menu plans. While I go through phases where I firmly stick to our menu plans, I’ll admit that I’m also flexible and have weeks where I fall off the bandwagon. Perhaps our routine might get thrown off during the week or maybe I’m not feeling well, so our menu plan may get adjusted. The good thing about a menu plan is that it’s just that – a plan. We can take our plan as a guideline and readjust the days as needed. Either way, menu planning works great for our family and eases the task of planning meals from any one person, making it a family affair. With that, I share our dinner menu plan for this week!
